Vendor & platform experience

Platforms we build with

The PLC, HMI/SCADA, sensing, and power hardware we program and build panels with. We recommend a platform based on your installed base and spare parts, not on what’s easiest for us. Filter by category below. We use honest “we build with” language — no fake certification logos.

PLC / PAC

Allen-Bradley / Rockwell

CompactLogix and ControlLogix in Studio 5000, PowerFlex 525/755 drives, POINT I/O and FLEX 5000 remote I/O, Stratix managed switches. The most common platform in many U.S. plants and DCs, which keeps spares and tech training simple.

PLC / PAC

Siemens

S7-1500/1200 in TIA Portal, ET 200SP remote I/O, SINAMICS G120 drives, and Scalance switches on PROFINET. A common choice where the OEM equipment or corporate standard is already Siemens.

PLC / PAC

Schneider Electric

Modicon M340/M580 in EcoStruxure Control Expert and Altivar drives, for sites whose power distribution and controls standard is already Schneider.

HMI

Maple Systems

Cost-effective line-side HMIs for lane start/stop, plain-language fault text, and recipe select on packaging lines, machines, and warehouse systems. Drivers cover Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Modbus PLCs.

SCADA

Ignition SCADA

Perspective screens that work on a phone or tablet, OPC UA to the PLCs, Tag Historian for jam and rate trends, and alarm journals with real fault causes. Ignition is licensed per server (gateway), with unlimited clients and screens, so adding users doesn't add per-seat cost. Modules are licensed separately.

IO-Link / sensing

Balluff

IO-Link masters on EtherNet/IP or PROFINET, plus IO-Link sensors, to replace discrete home runs on long machines, packaging lines, and material-handling conveyors. You also get device diagnostics, not just on/off.

Sensing / safety

Banner

Retroreflective and diffuse photoeyes for part-present and jam detection, plus EZ-SCREEN-class light curtains at machine access points, wired into safety relays or safety PLCs.

Vision / sensing

Keyence

Vision sensors and barcode readers for label presence, orientation, and read/no-read decisions, tied into PLC reject and divert logic on packaging, food, and shipping lines.

Panel / connectivity

Phoenix Contact

Push-in terminal blocks, QUINT-class 24 VDC power supplies, and surge protection: the components that decide how easy a UL508A panel is to wire, test, and maintain.

Drives / motors

ABB

ACS580/ACS880 drives where the plant standard or OEM spec calls for ABB, with fieldbus adapters matched to the PLC network.
